Kai Trump can count on multiple prominent supporters when she begins her first LPGA appearance this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is connected to Donald Trump, obtained a special exemption to compete at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, owns numerous international courses and often plays against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we have tight competitions," she revealed.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, advised her: "Simply avoid anxiety."

"My grandpa essentially suggested to go out there and enjoy myself," she continued.

"From my perspective, he's just an ordinary family member. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on presidential duties, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, the golfer has participated in just three tournaments this year and maintains ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

Yet she's able to get advice from golf legend, romantically involved with her mother.

"He represents the best player globally," Kai expressed.

"And he's a more impressive person. He advised me to play, relax, and go with the flow."

Kai will face some of most prominent players in professional golf at the competition, featuring second-ranked Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence helps introduce the sport to wider groups, especially reaching younger fans.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and just introduced her own apparel and wellness label.

She begins at 5:30 PM GMT.
